Christina Winn-Meriam, an Investment Advisor Representative and Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional® serves as the National Director of Operations. She is leader of the entire operations team across the United States. Under Christina’s leadership, the firm has been recognized many times over the years. Most recently, in 2021, Heritage has been featured in D Magazine as one of the Top Wealth Managers in Dallas-Fort Worth. Heritage has also been featured in Private Asset Management Magazine as the 2018 Best Private Wealth Manager – Customer Service for firms under $5 billion dollars.
As an Investment Advisor Representative, Christina supports the efforts of the lead advisors with financial planning. This gives Christina a unique perspective by allowing her to see things from a planning perspective and a service perspective.
Christina is defined by her grit, determination, work ethic, and grounded yet cheerful personality. She began working the day she turned fifteen, walking to work and saving her paychecks until she could buy her own car. When her peers changed jobs at a whim, Christina persevered and was promoted up the chain of command until she was in charge of hiring at age 19. While successful in her role, Christina knew that education was critical to her continued development and left work to move to Austin to pursue her degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Christina graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with honors. She completed the Registered Paraplanner program at the College for Financial Planning and holds a FINRA Series 65 license. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her ragdoll cat, Emmi. She loves traveling and discovering new and interesting podcasts to listen to, and in the fall, she enjoys cheering on her Texas Longhorns football team.
